    (only small accent chairs/items)

    All items must be clean, structurally sound and ready for resale.
    All items are subject to review and approval.

What We Don’t Accept

  • Large upholstered pieces (couches, loveseats),
    unless like-new items.

  • Mattresses

  • Broken/heavily worn items

Special Considerations

  • Estate liquidations

  • Real estate move-outs

  • Model homes / staging transitions

  • Commercial furniture lots (case-by-case review)

Pricing & Fees

The Dock Exchange Professional Listing
& Warehouse Showroom Intake Fee

You’ll tell us your desired listing price and minimum acceptable sale price - we’ll help price it to sell.

Intake fee is based on your desired listing price.
$15.00 - ($50 - $249)
$35.00 - ($250 - $499)
$50.00 - ($500 - $999)
$75.00 - ($1,000+)

  • Minimum expected sale = $50.00

  • Intake fee priced per item (multiple item discount available)

  • Intake fee is due at time of drop-off and is non-refundable.

Because your item is professionally displayed in our Dock Exchange retail warehouse, in addition to Facebook Marketplace exposure, sellers often achieve stronger pricing than Marketplace alone. If your item sells above your agreed listing price, we may refund part or all of your intake fee.❤️

Sales Commission:
15% of final sale price

Intake Fee includes:

  • FB Marketplace listing / communication

  • Photography

  • Listing Management

  • Buyer coordination

  • Buyers may pay with cash or credit card
    (3% processing fee applies to credit card purchases)

How you Get Paid:

  • Payment issued after sale is completed and funds clear.

  • Paperwork provided

  • Payout via check / ACH / Zelle / Venmo
